well as you might know it is still hot in AZ!!! Efrain is training. He looks good and ready to fight. i started working out with Danny Martinez today he had me doing some weights, cardio, and rubber band exercises. watched Darren kelly train for his first MMA fight this weekend. saw Ryan Kelly today and his missing tooth!
